With the conferment of Autonomous status by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Pondicherry University, Achariya College of Engineering Technology has stepped into a new era of academic empowerment under Regulation R-2026. Chaired by the Principal with COE as Member Secretary. Formulates overall examination policies, appointment norms for external experts, and systemic evaluation reforms.

Result Passing Board (RPB)

Convenes immediately post central valuation to analyze course performance statistics, approve statistical moderations, and grant statutory authorization for result declaration.

Discipline Committee (EDC)

Conducts independent, time-bound inquiries for reported hall malpractice, reviews evidence, grants fair candidate hearings, and awards standard penalties per SOP-16.
